Natural light, greenery, and branded design elements are integrated throughout to enhance employee well-being and reinforce a cohesive visual identity. The workplace is designed to feel fun and energetic, incorporating playful details, custom signage, experiential moments, and adaptable furniture layouts that promote flexibility and engagement.

Interior architecture and design and branding services for the renovation of entry lobbies and common areas including full-service café and conference center for two buildings at The Arbors campus. The design focus was holistic in that the buildings are mirror images of each other and the design language carries seamlessly across both. It incorporated feature walls that visually align with one another across the courtyard and reflecting pool. They also incorporate natural materials such as wood paneling and preserved plant variations which are combined with a semi-reflective metal, bouncing off the natural daylighting and creating a dynamic and unique experience. The lobbies essentially become another building amenity and a destination with soft seating to enjoy the unique vistas of the campus.

Hanger Clinic

Architecture and interior design services for a 20,000 SF prosthetics clinic in Schaumburg, Illinois. This is Hanger Clinic’s first “CORE Center” in the Chicagoland area. The project transforms a former retail store into a comprehensive care environment featuring a standard clinic, small fabrication lab, café, and a large open gym for testing prosthetic devices across varied terrains.

The design integrates branding, furniture, and interior solutions to support Hanger Clinic’s mission of enhancing mobility and quality of life. The layout prioritizes accessibility, clinical efficiency, and patient comfort in a welcoming, high-functioning space

Mt. Carmel Barry Hughes Performing Art Center

Architecture and interior design services for the renovation of the 5,000 ft² historic Barry-Hughes Performing Arts Center at Mount Carmel High School in Chicago. The project transformed the 123-year-old building into a modern education and performing arts facility, featuring a 200-seat theater, music rooms, recording studios, and an art room, while preserving its original architectural character through elements like the acoustically isolated “jewel box” structure.

Interior architecture and design services for a new 170,000 SF corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility. The project includes 30,000 SF of office and 140,000 SF of warehouse and manufacturing space. The office areas are designed to reflect the company culture and double as a showroom where customers can experience the company’s vast array of luxury door systems and windows in real-life settings. To maximize productivity, an expanded manufacturing area features state of the art CNCs and saws, additional loading docks, and an updated cooling system.

Architecture, interior design, civil engineering, branding, and building measurement services for a two-building renovation into creative/media office and life science spaces. Upgrades include the reconfiguration of parking and access to improve property identity, wayfinding and the user experience, as well as the creation of an indoor and outdoor experience with private balconies and site amenity areas. Renovations to the interior and exterior common areas of the two buildings included entrances, lobbies and restrooms, adding a double-height space to better distribute lighting and enhance the entrance experience, as well as upgrading to drought-tolerant landscaping.

Interior architecture and design and branding services for L’Oréal’s 66,000 SF corporate operations headquarters renovation. This office and laboratory facility serves the North America, Central America, and South America regions. The new space implemented a new flexible office concept and converted private office space into unassigned open work stations, increasing seating capacity and focusing on collaboration and social interaction. The facility houses two labs: a compatibility lab and a homologation lab. The homologation lab is for testing packaging and components of the products such as bottles, caps, nozzles, etc. The compatibility lab is for testing the product itself for stability and quality.

Interior architecture and design services for the new Ware Malcomb office in Vaughan, Canada. The 7,400 SF open concept office space is located in a 6-storey commercial building complete with a private outdoor patio and floor to ceiling windows throughout the entire perimeter of the space. The team wanted to increase the amount of natural light throughout the office, so closed rooms were limited. Private phone rooms were created to allow employees to have a quiet phone call or a space to collaborate with colleagues. Ware Malcomb’s corporate branding colours and graphics are incorporated throughout the office space.
