The Butchery is a full-service butcher shop offering hand-selected meats and thoughtfully curated provisions including artisan cheeses, craft beers, and wine. The location also includes a full-service kitchen and a stylish 45-seat indoor dining space where customers can enjoy made-to-order meals. The project also included upgrading the restrooms for ADA compliance and creating additional storage and deli case.

The workplace is designed to feel fun and energetic, incorporating playful details, custom signage, experiential moments, and adaptable furniture layouts that promote flexibility and engagement.

To bring multiple brands and space types together under one roof, the Center features a series of distinct mini showrooms, each with its own purpose and function, arranged side by side for a seamless experience.

The Experience Center includes a tech-driven first of its kind Design Showroom with a 25-foot panoramic interactive product display screen, an Air Quality Management showroom, a Working Office, a rotating Feature Product Display, a Product Performance Maker Lab, a Material and Finish Library, and a 2000 sf entertaining space overlooking Fulton Market.

Interior design services for the renovation of the Grand Hyatt Kauai’s club lounge and pool cabanas. The refreshed lounge features bespoke furniture, ambient lighting and refined materials to enhance comfort and elevate the experience for Hyatt Globalist members.

Ware Malcomb designed six custom cabana types with integrated cooling systems and personalized amenities, collaborating with outdoor furniture manufacturers to create high-revenue resort offerings. The design blends luxury and relaxation, seamlessly integrating with the resort’s natural surroundings to enrich the overall guest experience.

4 Campus

Interior architecture and design and branding services for the renovation of entry lobbies and common areas including full-service café and conference center for two buildings at The Arbors campus. The design focus was holistic in that the buildings are mirror images of each other and the design language carries seamlessly across both. It incorporated feature walls that visually align with one another across the courtyard and reflecting pool. They also incorporate natural materials such as wood paneling and preserved plant variations which are combined with a semi-reflective metal, bouncing off the natural daylighting and creating a dynamic and unique experience. The lobbies essentially become another building amenity and a destination with soft seating to enjoy the unique vistas of the campus.
