Alicia Pandimos Maurer

Alicia has been involved in the architecture and design industry since 2003, bringing specialized expertise in science and technology environments to the Ware Malcomb team. As Director of Science & Technology, she leads multidisciplinary teams through complex lab and research facility projects, with a focus on speed to market, human health and technical precision.

Her portfolio includes small molecule, biotech, genetics, gene and cell therapy, personalized medicine and microbiology labs, as well as PCR and sequencing facilities.

Alicia has designed research spaces for both higher education and private sector clients, including chemistry, biology, physics and quality control labs. She is known for bridging communication between design teams, construction partners and end users, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout every phase of delivery.
