Katy Donkersloot

Katy began her architecture career in 2004 and brings over a decade of retail-focused design expertise to the Ware Malcomb team. A licensed architect, she has led projects across the U.S. and Canada, with a strong background in high-end and luxury retail environments.

In addition to her retail work, Katy has contributed to projects for NYCHA, SCA and the fitness sector. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Pratt Institute and a Master of Architecture from the University of Oregon. Her collaborative leadership style and deep technical knowledge make her a valuable addition to the New York City office and the growing retail practice on the East Coast.
