Interior design services for the renovation of the Grand Hyatt Kauai’s club lounge and pool cabanas. The refreshed lounge features bespoke furniture, ambient lighting and refined materials to enhance comfort and elevate the experience for Hyatt Globalist members.

Ware Malcomb designed six custom cabana types with integrated cooling systems and personalized amenities, collaborating with outdoor furniture manufacturers to create high-revenue resort offerings. The design blends luxury and relaxation, seamlessly integrating with the resort’s natural surroundings to enrich the overall guest experience.

Delta Sky Club Austin

Architecture, interior design, MEP and structural engineering services for a 9,830 SF luxury landing place for travelers. Delta Sky Club Austin was strategically organized to support a variety of functions, featuring a 360-degree view of the concourse and public outdoor terrace, with expansive sightlines to the runway. A key highlight is the Sky Deck—an outdoor patio offering guests fresh air and unobstructed runway views.

The environment embodies the client’s vision of a sophisticated hospitality experience while reflecting the region’s culture. This is expressed through locally sourced food and beverages, Texas-inspired décor, and artwork by Austin-based artists.

A variety of seating configurations were introduced to create a welcoming, fluid layout that balances openness with privacy. The club preserves the client’s signature elements and includes dedicated zones for work, dining, and relaxation.

Architecture and interior design services for a four story, 74,800 SF ground up hotel. The hotel contains 105 rooms and a restaurant and pool. The hotel is designed to take advantage of the beautiful surroundings, with many large windows offering ample natural light and scenic views of the Colorado Rockies and downtown Longmont. The functional and spacious rooms offer a large work desk, microwave, and all the necessary amenities for the business traveler or family. Meeting rooms are equipped to accommodate large groups with an on-site business center for printing or computer access needs.

Interior architecture and design services for an 11,000 SF restaurant, café and craft cocktail bar. Ware Malcomb collaborated closely with the client to execute the initial concept, inspired by a Mexico City neighborhood, Condesa. The resulting space features the architectural and aesthetic syntax of the neighborhood, channeling the fun livelihood into a sophisticated design. The space features dine-in, to-go and private gathering capabilities.

CT Barista Bar

Shade Hotel

Architectural, civil engineering, interior design and branding services for a three story, 50,700 SF 54-room hotel. The project also includes a three story, 11,600 SF event building. Both buildings are wood framed with smooth plaster finish and frosted glass railings throughout and include Shade Hotel signature features such as whale-bone fins and high sloping roof elements with stainless steel fascias. The hotel building has a signature granite entry portal and includes guestrooms, a library, meeting room and roof deck pool. The event building includes a lounge, a ball room and roof deck event space. The hotel and event venue sit on the water’s edge and is located between the marina and the bicycle strand.
