Architectural, interior design, and branding services for Tru Fru’s new 20,000 SF workplace. The design focuses on creating a flexible, activity-based environment that embodies Tru Fru’s innovative brand identity and culture. The space includes a cafe, TikTok studio, test kitchen, wellness room, and multiple collaboration zones each thoughtfully designed to support daily operations, creative content production, and marketing initiatives.

Natural light, greenery, and branded design elements are integrated throughout to enhance employee well-being and reinforce a cohesive visual identity. The workplace is designed to feel fun and energetic, incorporating playful details, custom signage, experiential moments, and adaptable furniture layouts that promote flexibility and engagement.

Fellowes Brands Experience Center

Driven by innovation, the Fellowes Brands Experience Center was designed to showcase the company as a unified brand with an extensive portfolio of products. To bring multiple brands and space types together under one roof, the Center features a series of distinct mini showrooms, each with its own purpose and function, arranged side by side for a seamless experience.

The Experience Center includes a tech-driven first of its kind Design Showroom with a 25-foot panoramic interactive product display screen, an Air Quality Management showroom, a Working Office, a rotating Feature Product Display, a Product Performance Maker Lab, a Material and Finish Library, and a 2000 sf entertaining space overlooking Fulton Market.

4 Campus

Interior architecture and design and branding services for the renovation of entry lobbies and common areas including full-service café and conference center for two buildings at The Arbors campus. The design focus was holistic in that the buildings are mirror images of each other and the design language carries seamlessly across both. It incorporated feature walls that visually align with one another across the courtyard and reflecting pool. They also incorporate natural materials such as wood paneling and preserved plant variations which are combined with a semi-reflective metal, bouncing off the natural daylighting and creating a dynamic and unique experience. The lobbies essentially become another building amenity and a destination with soft seating to enjoy the unique vistas of the campus.

Medline Northbrook

Medline partnered with Ware Malcomb to create a new 214,560 SF, 7-story workplace in Northbrook, IL, consolidating their operations, information services, quality, and inventory management teams into one centralized location. The goal was to celebrate the “unsung heroes” of Medline—the people who keep operations running daily—and support their work with a healthy, hospitality-driven environment.

Ware Malcomb provided interior architecture, furniture management, building measurement, and MEP engineering services. The team was challenged to preserve existing first-floor and mezzanine layouts while developing a forward-looking program that could grow from 487 to 662 employees by 2026. The resulting design balances individual workspaces with collaborative, amenity-rich environments.

The concept, A Streamlined Path, was inspired by Medline’s mission to simplify healthcare. Central collaboration hubs and intuitive wayfinding anchor each floor, supported by biophilic elements and warm materials. The refreshed lobby, open collaboration zones, and sustainable marketing portal serve as key touchpoints throughout the building, reinforcing connectivity and user experience. Strategic placement of pantries and quiet zones further encourages movement and community across all levels.

Intercontinental Exchange HQ

Located in a 14-story tower in Atlanta, the project was designed to reflect Intercontinental Exchange’s dual identity as a stable financial institution and a leader in technology-driven innovation. The workplace strategy emphasized flexibility and collaboration, incorporating social hubs and tailored work environments to support a wide range of teams, from executive leadership to software development. The design integrates traditional materials such as marble and wood with sleek, modern finishes to create a refined, future-ready aesthetic. All work was completed while maintaining full occupancy, with phased implementation to minimize disruption. The project was recognized by the ASID Georgia Chapter with multiple awards for design excellence, including honors for corporate interiors and custom product design, reinforcing Intercontinental Exchange’s position at the forefront of global financial markets.

CBRE Atlanta

The space was designed to support a dynamic free-address workplace strategy that fosters equity, employee engagement, and accommodates over 550 employees and guests across 43 departments. Key interior program elements include concierge services, a communal hub for dining and meetings, a dedicated technology center featuring a “genius bar” service desk, lounge, coffee bar, and workroom. The design emphasizes wellbeing, social connectivity, and seamless technology integration, creating an inclusive environment that supports collaboration and high-performance work. Reflecting Atlanta’s unique culture and CBRE’s brand identity, the final solution delivers a hospitality-driven workplace experience recognized with a Design Excellence Award from the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), Georgia Chapter.

From concept to completion, Ware Malcomb (as CBRE Design Collective) and Streetsense collaborated with Hana to deliver a dynamic environment featuring private team suites, meeting rooms, and shared lounges across 2.5 floors. Completed in just six months, the space includes custom elements like a connecting staircase, acoustic-focused meeting rooms, and a warm, natural design palette with local art and tailored finishes. Every detail was crafted to reflect Hana’s brand and provide members with comfort, flexibility, and inspiration.

Vuori Headquarters

Interior architecture and design services for Vuori’s new 133,000 SF headquarters, blending clean, neutral aesthetics with functional creativity. The two-building campus includes collaboration zones, private offices, product development areas, a large welcoming lobby and a central breezeway that acts as the main interlacing component between all departments, amenities and buildings. Our team led visioning, programming, and test fitting, ensuring seamless integration between the strategic reuse of architectural elements and clean, modern materials.

Vuori’s main focus for their new headquarters was the integration of multi departmental cross-over through primary gathering hubs. The company’s intent was to bring back together two main buildings and remote workers into one unified campus, to encourage collaboration and creativity. Our design team not only emphasized Vuori’s brand and culture through implementation of their already strong design language within retail locations but also focused on creating a soft and welcoming space featuring textural finishes such as plasters, white oak wood tones and textiles that would serve as a background for their creative teams to use as a canvas.

Ware Malcomb initiated the design process with visioning and programming services, through which the firm gained a deep understanding of Vuoris’ brand identity, goals and expectations. This programmatic information was soon after translated into a test fit that ensured the design would meet Vuori’s functional, spatial and creative needs. Collaboration and creative sessions between Ware Malcomb, Vuori’s leadership and designers were key components throughout the design and construction process to encapsulate the brand’s core identity.

The headquarters brings over 500 employees together in a cohesive environment that supports teamwork, innovation, and brand development. The thoughtfully designed workstations and open collaboration zones encourage collaboration and spontaneous brainstorming sessions, while the serene aesthetics and inspiring surroundings reflect the Vuori coastal California lifestyle brand. The neutral design palette allows Vuori’s vibrant apparel to stand out, while natural light and airy layouts including open loft workstations and large sliding doors encourage well-being and creativity. The large double ceiling height lobby with stadium seating serve as an active gathering space for yoga classes, breathwork, and teambuilding to bring a sense of mental and physical health into the workspace.
