Interior architectural design services for a 6,000 SF specialty retail grocery space in an existing standalone building in a shopping center. The Butchery is a full-service butcher shop offering hand-selected meats and thoughtfully curated provisions including artisan cheeses, craft beers, and wine. The location also includes a full-service kitchen and a stylish 45-seat indoor dining space where customers can enjoy made-to-order meals. The project also included upgrading the restrooms for ADA compliance and creating additional storage and deli case.
